One of the previous posts mentions that we will be inheriting the CNP class action liability. Don't think this would be the case as the company is being wound up once the debt for equity swap occurs. CNP will no longer be, come Dec 14th. I'm no legal eagle, but I don't think liability can be transferred once a company is wound up. I could be wrong and therefore would want to hear other opinions.
