Manipulated by traders ... pushing it around and finally up into news where 'sell on fact' will come into play.
As for the technical data that's wonderfull ... what no-one is commenting on is the on-going trials will cost millions and take years.
What they would eventually be looking for of course is TGA and FDA approval ... that's a long long way away.
