An SP of $3 is based on the fact that market dynamics will force Olam to make a bid for SHV.
Future EPS/cash flow/Div. is only relevant if Olam doesn't exist.
$3 seems to be a reasonable opening bid ( it has nothing to do with whatever price old & recent investors paid ,rather with prevalent market forces at the time Olam makes its move)
There is a very slim chance that SHV will escape & stay independet.
What we are doing now (by increasing our orchards),is forcing Olam to pay a decent price.
