To be a Muzz - I must say the AFR article says offer received on weekend. There is a possiblity it's low (intitial offer) MMX may reject - possibly negotiating now so terms could change from t/h notice as well.
Lets hope it's a good offer - Personally just take the lot if you take all the investments in Crosslands & OPR there is nothing left of MMX. MMX with cash on hand & rocklea not great as current managers are here to sell MMX & then off they go. New MD would come in with cash to burn. Would then need to make a good choice. Just take MMX as a whole or return the sale price to holders & shut her down.
