Not sure what part of this post you do not understand, seems pretty self explanatory and straight forward to me?? Essentially though, I was referring to how the product has declined in many ways over the years, and it is the product that either makes customers happy or otherwise.If QAN focus on getting the product back to where it should be, people will stay loyal to QAN because it offers a good product and service compared to others.
