Maybe it far fetched but it's your own interpretation of my post, and it misses the point.

Look at what has been written. The moderator says jxkmarvin's comment was shut down was for "unauthorised information". So we know the moderator regards what jxk wrote as information, not comment or personal opinion. There is an important difference for the purposes of content management on this and similar stock forums.

We also know that the moderator felt that publication of this information constituted an unauthorised release according to the HC editorial guidelines.

It's well documented that ASIC has taken an interest in HC in the past in regards to the site's management of sensitive disclosure events. It must be like herding cats.

Personally I reckon HC's owners would be crazy if they weren't particularly sensitive about any comments hinting at M&A activity, legit or otherwise, that a poster makes about stocks where they have any beneficial interest.

T1956 I see you have reviewed jxk's post history and indicate that a pattern of ramps exists. During the course of your review did you happen to notice if any of these previous ramps had been moderated for the reason of an "unauthorised release"?
