as a long-time holder in ATV. He didn't mention,
but could have and perhaps should have in order
to be fully transparent, the pending court case.
Even if Europe craters and the US follows suit,
I guess funds will be available to the company, since
gold should be well north of $2,000 by then, a
sector with plenty of appeal.
