    kangaroo,

The majority of the 190m production capacity was for Rotahaler which in 2009 has only been conditionally approved in 1 or 2 countries. It is very dissapointing that 2 years on, Biota shareholders still do not know what GSK did to get Rotahaler approved in other countries.
Peter Cook has no idea and no interest to find out the Rotahaler approval. He seem to be only interested in free options and free shares.

As to the 1 billion $ annual antiviral, GSK appeared more interested to market GSK vaccines. Can you remember Peter Cook telling shareholders not to be concerned if Relenza is not in the media?
The last 2 quarters of Relenza sales show a totally incompetent Peter Cook who appeared not interested to pursue GSK to market Relenza with Best Endeavours.
Peter Cook collected hundreds of thousands of free options for normalising relationship with GSK. Why is Peter Cook not answerable for GSK not pursuing the Billion $ annual flu market? Why is Peter Cook doing NOTHING to get GSK to honour the licensing agreement to market Relenza? WHY?

Shareholders need to get rid of Peter Cook in order to pursue GSK to market Relenza with best endeavours to the $billion annual flu market.
Peter Cook ill continue to give excuses for GSK. Shareholders have to wonder why Peter Cook seem to work for GSK's interest instead of Biota shareholders.
