It may be, as whoever has borrowed is to make profit. They are the big boy, they have their own info channel. But from what we have seen and heared. RED looks still good, think about the purpose of 10 to 1 shares activity. As a producer, $2 dollar price is good enough to be part of portfolio.
It may happen if RED fail the project or not if everything happen as what we expect from now on.
