Have you guys try and reconcile the financing cashflows back to issued captial and via the relevant payables/ receievables accounts for the last 10 years (and found descrepancies) to make sure the directors haven't been paying as they go?

Might be a good next step if you want to continue down the path suggesting potential wrong-doing (or fraud) on behalf of our directors.
