Manufacturing in this country is collapsing which is a sad thing and also a long-term negative for the prosperity of this country. Simply put, we can no longer manufacture anything much that the world wants at competitive rates, input costs are too high here.
I do agree that this CR smells of a last ditch effort to save this company. Massive dilution all in order to simply reduce debt.
The rate at which net debt grew over the June - October period is absolutely scary.
