Do you have any information that indicates the case is a farce? All we have to go on so far is what the company has released to the market, and that is virtually nothing. Not suggesting that ATV is legally able to provide such detailed information. They probably cant. I dont think the market is looking for any excuse to be negative. The fact is, if ATV lose the case they lose about 50% of their resource.I think there will continue to be downward pressure on the shareprice until this matter is resolved in March next year.
