Touquoy the only problem with the court case is that it is making it to court and therefore does present a risk until it is dismissed. Confidence is down globally already and people are edgey....this will affect any share price regardless of it true value, (as frustrating as that may be). Therefore what is the point of holding ATV while it tracks downwards/sideways and continues to destroy your capital? Why not put your money in shares that are going up rather than blowing stop losses?
