I'm a long term investor and can see the big picture and can see what wally plans to do and i'm not the slightest bit worried about the share price because it just means I can buy more at bargain basement prices.
I look at it from AU Minings point of view, serious investors with serious money (Billions) are looking out into the future when having gold in the ground and highly prospective ground holdings which are likely to host many millions of ounces are going to be worth unimaginable sums of money as gold becomes the go to asset.
AU Mining are not worried about the court case, Wally and co are proven experts and know a lot more than any investor about the intricacies involved in exploration and mining. The reason you invest with proven professionals rather than the fly by nighters running most companies is because they know what they are doing when it comes to running a successful mining company (Wally & Ron have done it before with the highly successful Plutonic Resources.)
Currently there are a lot of lemmings selling all manner of stocks in a panic for no good reason other than others are selling and the professionals are loving it because they can buy quality assets on the cheap.
Good luck with short term trading in and out of stocks in this environment, shirts are easily lost.
