If you are truly going to buy into this stock then I wish you all the best. I personally don't expect global economic conditions to be recovered by 2013 in fact I think we are only just beginning to feel the pain of things to come.
The capital raising was not strategic, this was an emergency as there was no more money left to pay the bills.
