I just hold about 2% of my portflio in it for a decent dividend and it seemed to do very well through the GFC, as seems to be a defensive stock.
When times are tuff, restaurants can not afford to replace machinery so instead will lease from SIV. Also growth from Go getta is doing really well which is improving earnings year on year.
There rent to own philosophy is a great niche
