Cheers for bringing up the UCG articles again, always good to go back through them. I posted the UCG To Grow FIve-fold article when it first came out but not many people viewed the post for some unknown reason... I think it got buried beneath a large amount of posts that were posted the same day. I personally think the article is golden.
