I can't see the logic of M & G and Vanguard buying 11 and 6% of the company respectively at prices close to the $1 mark - I haven't done the maths on exact prices paid - and selling out to a takeover for a 10% gain? The early shares bought by Vanguard in April were at $1.10. They would be expecting at least a 30 - 60% premium for a takeover play surely? Maybe they like myself would prefer to see the company up and running, selling spodumene and batteries first.
