I think the board had better get some good news before the 30 Nov AGM....
e.g:
Repayment of $1.5m from 'related party'
Comfirmation of paperwork of $3.6m deposit of Baita Mine.
Signing of EFF with the standard conditions of min 15% volume and any other conditions that may make the EFF arrangement unworkable.
