It's almost too transparent and obvious to be true - raising, significant sh notice, then deafening silence as to intent! I guess its not in the interests of rms to speak up either way - if its a stategic stake (no TKO) sp would retreat and defeat their purpose (short term anyway)
If TKO is on the agenda, they don't want to say as much and inflate the sp further
or maybe they think slr will have a crack, and they want a say....
