RE. 30% sales target, let me be more accurate about what was stated. Mel (chairman) mentioned that they had 10% of the market as per previous correspondance.
They discussed market with an AG and said that research shows that the market roughly gets split three ways (30% ish each)
In a different sentance PS mentioned that they hope to reach their target (fonda sales), if not by year end then by early next year.
IMO that should mean 30% of the fonda market. PS did not mention 30% in that sentance. I don't want to put any wrong info out there.
Nothing mentioned regarding possible T/O.
Tough questions regarding dilution, AG announcement and possible dividends or something similar to SHs.
Pete answered all very honest and let no room for further poking. Basically, just did what had to be done at the time to get to where we are today.
