My interpretation of the announcement is exactly the same as yours. They have done the work elsewhere with more contaminated rock than this trial. It sounds as if the road builders or governement have more issues elsewhere that will naturally follow on following success here. Why not ship in extra material, if the trial is successful, they will need lots lots more. Don' think there is anything sinister to this senario - sensible practical move. The next few months is going to be exciting, and a lot less ulcer forming than the last 5 years. There is a lot that can be inferred from this announcement and the positive sentiments that have been expressed on HC are consistent with progress to date. It all takes time, but it just seems that the time has come; the trials are getting bigger, the fees are getting larger. It all looks good.
