I think SDL is a great stock and story

I also rate highly GJ and GC ...they are world class

I dont think we are being ripped....i dont think management just sold us out... We are in a very difficult world where a 7b capital injection into an african iron ore play isnt for everyone...

Its a world class asset...but sdl can only take it so far....a JV on 50/50 terms really seemed impossible.....a t/o is a great result for shareholders, a counter bid even better...

If hanlong hadnt bid, and a JV hadnt eventuated to date...in this market we are cum a capital raise trading sub 30c...
