It probably isnt a big deal if you think Steeple's claim is rubbish/the worst case scenario is 60% ATV anyhow. Instead now would be a good time to be accumulating as others have said. However for anyone like myself who cant get their head around the legal stuff, the litigation cloud over almost half of the company's total gold resource (CH Resource 549,000oz. Touquoy Resource 656,000oz.) alters the risk/reward equation.
