OMR as you said,TB has stated the 3d has shown the area to be brittle,100 ohm resistivity and "naturally fracced".
The area probably didn't require any fraccing to start with.
HAL chose to frac the fracing crap out of it.
70 frac tanks of fluid were pumped under high pressure,into an already naturally fraced area.......
Which brings me to my point,
These fluids could have ended up much,much,much further up the natural cracks,possiblly upto hundreds of meters, therefore taking longer to flow back down to the pipe.
This is just my uneducated theory
