I will not get caught up in the "cheer leading" squad that is this thread, put me on ignore if you so wish.

Highly paid boards need to be questione, which I do I can assure you. I have said there will be a cap raising for a long time, why do you think the share price is as it is....not all investors read H/C and base their decision making on the cheer leaders.
It's okay for people here to prattle on about $1, $5 and $10 share prices but not to counter that with the view that as a shareholder, as a measure of shareholder value, it hasn't moved up in the last year....yet we have some staff at TZ earning FTE $2m plus per annum! We're paying very big money, feel goods don't last forever, we need results.
