Given that last time NKWE was suspended from trading, it lasted for around 4 months, I am somewhat worried about my money being held captive again for an extended period.

Is it possible to find out when you anticipate trading again? I am not sure how all this works, but I assume some details about intended length of suspension are given to the ASX when you get suspended.

Can you tell me that?

Also the trading halt said announcement regarding the outcome of JV negotiations.
When that happens and you commence trading again, will there be final clarification on any or all of the BFS, options, capital raising, at this time. Or will that be later on.

"David - apologies for not responding - your reply got caught up between Anthony and myself but no excuses as it should have been done - looking at Monday or Tuesday next week for trading - with 5 parties signing off on announcement and standard south Africa time frames it has been a prolonged process - announcement will provide certainty with regards to nkwe's ability to develop garatau without any further challenge or review and may include certain joint venture terms with neighboring mines. Also looking to include terms of the option rights issue as previously alluded to in announcements. "
