    So if CHM say get stuffed the deal is off.!!!!

    I don't think CHM will only take 25 million to settle.

    "murchinson has a right to terminate the transaction in the event that it is not able to settle the Chameleon Claim for not more than A$25 million by 23 December 2011 (unless the condition is otherwise waived by Mitsubishi).
