Is it the old "buy the rumour, sell the news" at work?

I'm on a lot of blogs and the doubt over the approval borders on irrational IMO. There is no way the run can price it in advance. The ideal would be for the approval to happen today or tommorrow and so then the North American markets could follow up after we add.
Remember the pink are on the lows (from last nights trade) and the US only has a light trade day on Friday (your Friday night). This could set up very well for the Asia trade.
