poor form - mgmt made the announcement just now (415pm eastern) about the fire at the Orion manufacturing plant.
however, google search reveals Orion put out their own press release announcing the fire early hours yesterday our time!

lucky it sounds like they expect axiron supply won't be interrupted. but still the stock is down 5% today...
perhaps mgmt were too busy thinking about the AGM?
or they are just out of touch with what's happening with their main product.
either way it is not the first time mgmt have taken too long to advise the market - refer to the eli lilly axiron data which i posted about several months ago - it was being discussed on hc well before ACR released it to the asx)
