Whilst Chameleon notes the timeframe identified by MMX, Chameleon will act in the best interests of its shareholders.
$25M is a far better starting place than we've had previously but I don't view it as an ending place, please correct me if I'm mistaken but I thought we're chasing 25% of Jacks Hills which makes up 50% or so of what MMX is receiving.
CHM is not under any obligation to help MMX meet a self imposed deadline.
