badlandsbrute been out all afternoon so not sure what you ask,
I assume it is to explain the significance of P1 valuation to GCN
p1 has a 50/50 joint venture with GCN for their entire business,
now P1 are at present getting a valuation done on their proposed business, this is part of the listing process, ie they are not doing an IPO so to satisfy ASX listing rules they must have at least 500 shareholder each with $2k worth of P1 stock.
so P1 gave free stock to GCN holders, and had a formula that meant they need the P1 shares to be valued at 30 cents in order to satisfy the $2k holding for each shareholder
So that is why the valuation.
now because GCN have a 50% share of business, a P1 valuation virtually means a valuation for GCN as well.
or for the P1 joint venture,
GCN have other business as well that are not associated with P1,
and WiFi will be announced soon, well the details of it as the MOU has been announced some time ago.
So this is why the valuation has been mentioned a lot, this is due out an tick of the clock,
once this valuation is out a party is to become a cornerstone investor who will actually put in money to buy shares, this is why they didn't raise money in an IPO, this should back up the valuation with real money.
once the valuation is out they can then apply for listing,
the significance in that for GCN is that once that happens P1/GCN can launch this business.
You probably have a lot more questions, if you find some of my earlier posts, probably the ones with a few thumbs up they will have some information that will help you understand,
if any other questions fire away.
look I do the same thing sometimes, buy a stock that looks like rising and plenty of interest but don't know the full story and have to ask for an update, heh that's what H/C is for, no problems.
I have done a lot of research on this, asked a lot of questions to the chairman and that beats the hell out of research.
this should have multiples from current price, and plenty of them.
I was told early on that this will get to a dollar, I laughed that off,
now after learning more about the business model and scope of it I am not laughing it off, but would be happy with 20-40 cents,
certainly not selling for under 10 cents.
there is some serious players getting into this and not for a few pips.
when this business starts, the P1 side of it, the sp could easily be 20 cents, then I think bigger fish might do some numbers on GCN and P1,
I am hanging out for WiFi, this could be huge,
so if GCN is worth north of 30 cents due to P1 joint venture,
what would they be worth if the WiFi is a goer.
so the steps through 3, 4, 8, 10 cents is just working up to getting somewhere close to real value.
don't look at pips, as Bassy said wait for the cent rises., once 10 cents broken then half cnet rises, not pips.
