Even the stock dropped today by 0.3c at the same time the volume was relatively small as well as the low is still in the consolidation range.

So there are a couple of possibilities for this scenario: some trades are selling with a loss or some traders making relatively small profits being nervous in so very unstable general market conditions.
At the same time the stock can shot up at any time as it is clear that there is no much resistance left and with no more that 100-150mln trading shares it can easily reach this target of 6.3c
