The directors paying out 2.5 million dollars to convert shares(although at a discount to current share price)has to be a major positive for short term share price.Why would they convert if they thought Botswana was a dud.

I dont know how wealthy the 2 directors are but in these troubled times not many people would have that amount of money in the bank maybe they had to borrow a few bob to convert who knows-but to me it shows major confidence,2.5 million dollars the amount + a little more of the last capital raise certainly not chicken feed and the best part is that the shares are in safe hands,almost the same as a director buying on market but not quite as good.If they wanted to purchase 100 million shares on market they would probably push the price north of 20cps.
