Another well constructed post Billt5. What you put forward re. U Price and World Markets I believe is extremely relevant.

The only area I differ on is giving management credit.

I think it's the other way round. I think management has not given shareholders enough credit. Unless our resource is not what we have been told, we as shareholders know that the SP will improve if/when the U Price improves and World Markets stabilise.

As such, to give themselves payrises AND further bonuses during this low spot in the market is opportunistic on managements behalf imo.

If they want to give themselves a bonus, buy some more shares on market at the current price and convert their Penoa's to signal the market that everyone at HQ is indeed still very happy internally with the projects.
