bladerunner, if the deputy of the CDB has told the Africans they will fund the project, they have basically assured funding for the project. What the CDB has done is not say that they will be giving the funding to Hanlong for certain, but they have told the Africans that China Inc wants to fund it. That'll be good enough for the Aficans to issue permits and conventions I reckon. As long as China Inc has said to the Africans they want to fund it, I don't care if Hanlong gets it's letter or not. I'd prefer not because then that shows me China Inc may not be certain they want Hanlong involved, which opens the door for WISCO or another steel mill.
