I believe we still have a minimum wage in Australia, and laws to prevent workers from employer exploitation. Thank God we do when you see what some management try to do to workers pay but not their own.

If Australians no longer believe in a fair go, and protecting peoples rights, then lets just open up Australia to all the cheap labour from Asia. There are 100s of millions of em !

But be careful what you wish for, bcoz those who preach it may be out of a job, or working for much less very quIckly!

If boards in Australia want to embrace these Asians conditions they should lead by example and slash corporate wages accordingly.

But they wont will they ? They prefer to pick on the workers, while rewarding themselves with fat bonuses !
