db121,u seem to b blaming management for govt policy/western policy of free trade/open skies "just open up australia to all the cheap labor from asia "thats exactly whats been done,now our industries r trying to compete with australia's variety of high taxations and utility charges,before we even start on labor costs,they have no chance of competing,simply y so many r moving to china. (i'm not saying fleet mistakes have not been made and ceo's pay rise timing was ridiculous)
