Glencore raised $40 Billion to get going.
The $40 Billion has now become available this week for Investing.

Remember Glencore taking a holding in Core Mining at Avima,next to Nabeba.
Remember Severstal the Russian Steel Mill is another holder of Core Mining.
Sundance have had talks back in early 2010 with Severstal,and before Glencore were a share holder about using SDL Rail and Port.

I believe Severstal are also involved in Affarro/African Aura,whose tenements are in line with the proposed SDL Rail Corridor.
