The Vendor is seeking expressions of interest in acquiring its 40% interest in the East Kimberley and Copernicus JV located within the highly prospective East Kimberley region of Western Australia. The JV Project includes the open pit mine at Copernicus, with a current JORC compliant Mineral Resource of approximately 325,000t @ 1.23% Ni, 0.82$ Cu and 0.04% Co, and a large exploration area extending over 1,750km2. The Project is host to a wide range of mineralistaion types including world class nickel, copper, base metal, platinum and iron ore prospects. The Project area warrants aggressive exploration
