is this news re ARM and Deustche bank...a good sign, or a worrying sign or just standard business?
I got the impression ARM was in a strong financial position...

It seems that my dislike of tax havens isnt going to be fixed anytime soon..its used extensively by the banks themselves...looking too big to understand and too big to do anything about.

But KIWI if finacial barriers go and the global tax rate is standardised ...these tax havens wont be in demand and governments of local production will obtain some taxes...
ie especially important to developing nations,imo.

If you were a government allocating permits/listings which Cos would you encourage and which ones would you give the run around???
I think its an important question.

SA , as a developing nation, possibly has some choices unlike old economies already committed.... without the transparency of present common knowledge, shared globally...

Genorah, the largest SH with genuine intentions regarding SA.... should get the act together,imo.
