Arguement not fatally flawed.

The problem they have is they have to raise the capital pretty well immediately as per the notice of AGM document.... page 26

CONDITIONS PRECEDENT

CEO must have completed minimum cap raising of #10M by DEC 10th 2011

If these conditions are not satisfied by Dec 10th 2011 ( or at a later date agreed by all parties) the share sale agreement shall terminate..... etc

Indeed, the current trading halt notification this morning will stay in force until after the cap raising is complete.
So it does not look like any agreement has been reached to change the date.
Therefore the issue price of shares suggested in my earlier post will be close to the mark.
