so whilst is taken sooooooooo long to ensure a supposed outcome, the shareprice has fallen to virtual zilch, perhaps if they took what was on offer the SP might not be at almost unrecoverable pricing with no confidence in the company. Whats the trade off??

now QMN are battling with a 5c SP to try and be the power brokers in any deals, missed the chance when the market was booming, now scrougning around with more cap raises and dilution.
