Yes, when CWE was hovering around 10 cents, 5.3 cents appeared L
a long way away, so 3.5 cents is always a possibility particularly if a capital raising is on the way in addition to on-going global turmoil.
Two things I am counting on to bring about a rerating are:
1. Fed funding for GI
2. Reunion island success
1. above I still believe will be a game changer.
