An interesting chart now. The price has dropped out of the ascending triangle on pretty mediocre volume. What we really needed was much more volume to prove the direction but in this market than may prove difficult to get.
Have a look at how according to ASIC that about 25% of short interest has been covered last week or so. Note the price on the high for each of these days that short covering has been occurring.
It just doesn't seem correct that there could be so much short covering in such small volume on those days. Maybe there was a fair bit of off market trading also or, again, ASIC has not been sent the correct figures.
