    As far as I know there are 78m 50c Feb 2013 CCCOs listed (even though the last 3B appendix says 60m) - which would bring in $39m, if all are exercised. The Socius options are long dated to Mid 2016, so they can take their sweet time converting those. Then there are the 10m CEO options at 50c expiring Dec 31 2013 + 11m director options at 75 expiring Dec 31 2013 - which would bring in $13.25m if all are exercised.
