Thanks Jako. I am a big 4x4 fan but also love the bush. Our place up there got decimated by horses and 4x4s when I was a teenager so I fenced off the land out front (with State Parks permission) and planted it out. I go feral now if anyone approaches it (particularly my old man who loves his wipper snipper).
I was tempted to close out on the auction on the parcel I hold. Would have meant a 6 cent loss but I have made more than that trading it over the last few days.
PS we never talk about brokerage on HC but I pay 17.99 per trade up to $40k and then 0.0077% gross after that. Anyone got any thoughts as I was locked out today on one account due to broker stuff ups and I have really had enough?
