Not really...dont work as easy as that...whilst project finance is a part the convention, it is a very detailed and complicated convention with resect to the long term economics for the country...it encompasses many detailed items

Cameroon govt are pretty relaxed id think...they dont stress over weeks or months....this is a deal to be done properly and if it takes til next year then no big deal given its a 30year mine
I think all 3 parties are pretty realxed in this deal.....its some of you that watch a daily bid / offer that are frustrated
