It doesn't surprise me that there were no details at the agm ( to compound the lack of detail in the announcement) . If they signed an agreement last Friday , they would have been negotiating it for some time. I do not see it as any excuse for nor providing the market with any detail. That is why the SP got slaughtered yesterday. If the e detail has been agreed, it should have been announced. We need to know what the specifics of the deal are. The fact that no details have been released makes me skeptical about whether a final agreement was in fact signed. Very amateurish and the market does not like the way they go about things.
