As it stands if Hanlong pull out they have to pay SDL approx $150mill so that would buy SDL plenty of time.
The thing that scares me though is that many have been through the failed SDL/GBG merger which is still very very raw in respect to seeing paper profits slip and slip big time.
I must admit my fingers have been wavering over the sell button lately, much to my dismay.
